Stephanie Sigman is a Mexican-American actress. Her breakout role came in the film Miss Bala, a Mexican crime drama film Miss Bala. Also, she was in Pioneer (2013) and Spectre (2015). Sigman made an appearance in Narcos (2015) as and S.W.A.T.(2017) The second and first seasons, respectively. Sigman was the daughter of an Mexican mother and an American father, Lee Sigman (a New York Yankees Scout from Kansas), who were both born in Ciudad Obregon. She is an American citizen through her father. The brother of her, baseball player Kenneth Ray Sigman, was once married to actress Barbara Mori Sigman began her career as a TV actress on Mexican TV before making her film debut in Rio de Oro. She played the lead role of Laura Guerrero (Miss Bala) in the Mexican crime drama. The film was selected as the Mexican entry in the Best Foreign Language Film category at the 84th Academy Awards.[7][8] However, it didn't make the final list.
