Born within England Angela has been the youngest sister of the actress Veronica Cartwright. When she was a young girl, she was Linda Williams as the cute, stepdaughter in The Danny Thomas Show. Veronica A. Cartwright was born on the 20th of April 1949 in England. Her work has mostly concentrated on American films and television. Veronica Cartwright played Cathy Brenner in Alfred Hitchcock's iconic 1963 horror movie The Birds. She was only 13 at the time of her casting. Bonanza is the very first western film to air with color. It told the story of a fictional family ranching known as that of the Cartwrights. They were from Nevada during the 1880s close to Virginia City, a mining boomtown. The character of the show was Cartwright's youngest son whose mother Marie (in the first episode, and later Felicia) was widowed and who lost her daughter to illness.
