Angela Cartwright Urach

Cartwright was married to Steve Gullion in 1976. They have two kids between them. Angela Cartwright was born and raised in England as the younger sister to actress Veronica Cartwright. When she was young Angela was a character on Linda Williams the sweet little step-daughter in The Danny Thomas Show in 1953. From 1957 until 1964, she was a participant in the series. She was then cast in Julie Andrews' cult movie The Sound of Music, (1965) in the role of Brigitta. She returned soon after on television in the role of Penny Robinson in Lost in Space as a teenage astronaut. The show ran between 1965 and 1968. Despite the cheap episodes and sloppy storyline, The Lost In Space (1965) remains a cult program today. Angela was a part of Make Room for Granddaddy a 70s sequel to the first. It was cancelled within a short time. In the years since, Angela's life has expanded beyond the realm of films. Bonanza The first color western was a story about the Cartwrights which were a fictional family living near Virginia City Nevada, an actual mining boomtown in the early 1800s. He portrayed the younger Cartwright son, whose mother (Felicia in the pilot and then changed later to Marie) widowed and mother of a child who had lost his life to illness (episode Marie My Love) was from French Creole descent.
